★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos obligó a pagar la vacuna BCG para mi hijo recién nacido, ya que puso en el certificado que ya se la había puesto. Tuvimos que ir a su consultorio dónde nos cobró la vacuna, más la consulta, más un extra por ser sábado. Ese, entre otros problemas con el certificado de nacido vivo.
Cuando nació mi bebé lo traslado con todo y sangre y sin ropa por un pasillo lleno de gente del quirófano al cunero. Se ve sólo el interés por el dinero y muy poco por los niños.
He forced us to pay for the BCG vaccination for my newborn son, since he put it on the certificate that he had already received it. We had to go to his office where he charged us for the vaccine, plus the consultation, plus an extra because it was Saturday. That, among other problems with the certificate of live birth.
When my baby was born I transported him with everything and blood and without clothes down a corridor full of people from the operating room to the nursery. You see only interest in money and very little in children.

I TALKED TO THE SECRETARY OF DOCTOR CERVANTEZ AND HE LEFT ME ON THE LINE WAITING TO CONFIRM FOR 20 MINUTES BECAUSE I HAD TO TALK TO THE DOCTOR FIRST, SHE IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE SECRETARY AND SHOULD HAVE THE DOCTOR'S AGENDA BUT IT WASN'T THAT WAY THEN THE DAY FROM MY APPOINTMENT, DOCTOR CERVANTEZ TOOK 3 HOURS TO SEE ME BECAUSE OF A LACK OF RESPECT I WENT TO HIM BECAUSE OF MY BACK PROBLEM AND IN THE END HE TOLD ME THAT I JUST NEEDED TO STRETCH MORE! NOT THAT LACK OF PROCESSIONALIMSO. IT'S NOT WORTH COMING HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER CLINIC
