★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por ahora bien. Pésimo el servicio en Farmacia. Bien por que te ofrecen un albergue para que te quedes a cuidar a tu familiar si vienes de otro estado, pero esta a 40 mins del hospital. La gente amable hasta ahora. Ahora el pase que dan es por 12 hrs y no puede ayudar nadie más hasta el siguiente pase. A penas los dejan salir a tomar alimentos!! Pesimo
 For now good. Terrible service in Pharmacy. Good because they offer you a shelter so you can stay to take care of your family member if you come from another state, but it is 40 minutes from the hospital. Friendly people so far. A los pacientes los citan , les piden estudios y el mismo hospital no se pasaa información del estudio y le piden a un paciente de cardio ir al otro lado y buscar sus propios estudios porque no tienen comunicación entre áreas, además no sirven los elevadores y un paciente de CARDIO debe subir seis pisos, además de ir a buscarles los estudios que "no aparecen en su sistema" pero ellos hicieron. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este edificio que alberga las instalaciones del hospital 20 de Noviembre brinda un excelente servicio, la atención médica que da es para los trabajadores del estado y que tienen derecho al ISSSTE. Es muy amplio y con una capacidad de atención en muchas especialidades, el personal que en este recinto labora es muy amable y siempre dan un trato cordial y humano. Desde el momento que ingresas el trato que recibes es muy bueno. Ojalá que nunca tengan necesidad de estar en este espacio, créanme que su personal hace que te olvides un poco de las situaciones con el buen trato y atención que brindan.
This building that houses the facilities of the 20 de Noviembre hospital provides an excellent service, the medical attention it gives is for state workers and who have the right to the ISSSTE.
