★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este hospital tenían a un familiar mío donde llo atendieron muy bien solo necesitaban tres donadores de sangre porque le iban a practicar una cirugía de cabeza y todo salió muy bien gracias a la intervención oportuna por parte de los doctores que la atendieron muy bien y donde nos practicaron los exámenes revivimos una muy buena atención

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su sistema de citas obsoleto, mi cita en Neurocirugía 8:30, piden llegar 15 minutos antes, son 9:30 y aún no sale nadie a recibir a los pacientes.
Los médicos llegan tarde y el problema es que se les juntan todos los pacientes.
Their obsolete appointment system, my Neurosurgery appointment is 8:30, they ask to arrive 15 minutes early, it's 9:30 and still no one comes out to receive the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espero nunca les toque ir a este lugar por citas o alguna urgencia de Oftalmología se tardan hasta 4 meses en hacerme unos estudios para glaucoma (campos visuales) y peor aun me dicen que no tendrán estudios de tomografía coherencia óptica y ccg (células ganglionares) para lo que resta del año, imposible la verdad.
I hope you never have to go to this place for appointments or an ophthalmology emergency. It takes up to 4 months to do some glaucoma studies (visual fields) and even worse, they tell me that they will not have optical coherence tomography and ccg (ganglion cell) studies for what remains of the year, impossible the truth.

Los doctores son muy buenos, y al menos en mi caso siempre han tenido todo el medicamento que me han recetado en su farmacia. Gracias al área de reumatología por su atención y vocación.
Me reservo la opinión en cuanto al trabajo de las asistentes médicas, de laboratorio y administrativos. Les hace falta capacitación.
One of the best hospitals in Mexico.
The doctors are very good, and at least in my case they have always had all the medicine that they have prescribed for me in their pharmacy. Thanks to the rheumatology area for their attention and vocation.
I reserve my opinion regarding the work of the medical, laboratory and administrative assistants. They need training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo tres años haciendo trámites y papeleo. Para una cirugía en oftalmología. Me cancelaron el día 17 de Mayo . Me llamaron para decirme. Que hoy si me realizaban la cirugía. Y me volvieron a cancelar. Que por falta de insumos. No se me hace justo. Y no dan una fecha ni solución.
I've been doing paperwork and paperwork for three years. For surgery in ophthalmology. They canceled me on May 17. They called me to tell me. That today if I had the surgery. And they canceled me again. That due to lack of supplies. It does not seem fair to me. And they do not give a date or solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El área de oftalmología da el peor servicio de todos (bueno en general todas las especialidades del hospital). Te piden que llegues a las 7 para atenderte a las 12 y además pierden los documentos que te piden y se excusan con que tú no los trajiste y que los vuelvas a traer. La gente que no puede caminar tiene que ir a planta baja al baño por qué no los dejan entrar a los de arriba, los baños siempre están sucios, no hay agua para lavarse las manos y muchos baños tienen la puerta rota. Pero eso sí, en los baños de los médicos hay papel, están limpios, tienen jabón y agua. ***Nota: los que le ponen 5 estrellas son los médicos del lugar***
The ophthalmology area provides the worst service of all (well, in general, all the hospital's specialties). They ask you to arrive at 7 to attend to you at 12 and they also lose the documents that they ask for and they excuse themselves that you did not bring them and that you bring them back. People who can't walk have to go downstairs to the bathroom because they don't let them go upstairs, the bathrooms are always dirty, there is no water to wash your hands and many bathrooms have broken doors. But yes, in the doctors' bathrooms there is paper, they are clean, they have soap and water. ***Note: those who give 5 stars are the local doctors***
