No entiendo como es que tienen a gente tan incompetente y tan ventajosa trabajando en la parte de servicio al cliente. Tanto en recepción del centro Neurológico como las recepcionistas del doctor Cuauhtémoc.
Espero que las chicas que trabajan ahí, entiendan que no nos hacen un favor, que es parte de su trabajo dar un buen servicio y buen trato a los pacientes. Super groseras, super mal humoradas; si de por sí uno como paciente se siente mal y lo que menos quiere en ese momento es que lo traten de esa manera.
Hicieron mal mi factura, no me resolvieron ese tema, no me quisieron dar nota... Deja mucho de que hablar su equipo de trabajo.

Mi hermano ingresó en estado crítico y necesitaba cirugía de urgencia y resulta que no recibió la atención necesaria porque no avía médicos disponibles sino asta las nueve de la mañana del día siguiente ósea alguien puede confiar en estos médicos sin Érica profesional, no tienen conocimiento de distinguir entre una emergencia y un dolor de muela. Gracias a su negligencia es que mi hermano está en coma en estos momentos, gracias neurologico por ser tan estúpidamente incompetente especialmente (dr, Carmelo)
