If I could I would give it 0 stars.

Terrible service, they say they don't have Internet and they can't charge you with a credit card for a study of more than 2,000 pesos and they send you to the cashier to withdraw. The interpretation of the studies is not given to me because they are still without Internet and more than 4 hours have passed, one is the one who has to give them alternatives because the staff is only sitting waiting for the Internet to return.

Pesimooo service, they do not respect the time of the scheduled appointments and the super rude reception staff, wait more than 40 minutes to be attended and already making an appointment. Decadent attention from all the administrative staff, management and head of nurses; they are supposed to be a private hospital and they are so fatal that the IMSS itself has better care for its patients and, above all, facilities since the hospital is very run-down, old and lacks a lot of cleanliness. In the hospital rooms there are water leaks, there is no hot water or they are simply in appalling condition; It is unbearably hot to the point of not being able to sleep and they never clean the room. They do not have enough nursing staff and therefore care is poor. Their facilities are disgusting, old and worn. The administrative procedures after your hospitalization are slow and with bad faces, everyone blames themselves and nobody solves absolutely anything for you. I could give them a negative rating but it does not exist by this means.

I will try to be as objective as possible in this review so that others can see if it is a good option to hospitalize their loved ones here. 1. Facilities: although it is understood that it is a private medical center, the facilities give a lot to say, from the facade to the instruments they have for care, they seem worn to me, the cleanliness in the room of the 3 days that My family member was hospitalized, they never went to clean, in terms of sheets, the nurses had to be told to change them, but if they do not mention them, they always leave the same sheets; Now, being in a pandemic, they do not allow visitors, they only let in two caregivers who will be in the patient's room and/or going to reception to sign or pay the day's fee they charge. What you pay per day to have your relative here is not worth what they charge (15k per day). 2. Administration: There is inefficient communication between guards-reception-nurses-cleaning people, the person in charge of generating the budget for surgeries or "room charges" communicates by phone with the person who is in front of the counter, they charge you for parties and they get angry if another person passes by to deliver money to the two people who remain in the care of the patient, if you mention that you have money to settle some debt that they indicate to you, that is how they let you in, otherwise they tell you that the change of the people who are taking care of it is at 8 pm (be there half an hour before) or at 6 am, keep in mind that in the covid pandemic, if your patient is covid positive, THEY WILL NOT BE ATTENDED. 3. Collection: payment of medical expenses can be made in cash or credit (I don't know how it works with the SGMM); but if you choose to bill when paying with credit the amount increases (this is wrong because they should not increase the price) this practice is TAX EVASION. 4. Doctor: the neurosurgeon is very direct with his diagnoses, which is not bad, he tells you what to expect and the care that will come after surgery. Without a doubt a doctor that I could recommend, but not to operate in this medical center, it should also be noted that he is the only Neurosurgeon that performs surgeries in Cuautla. 5. Studies: the studies carried out on your family member, I recommend that you request a copy or that they give them to you, since after leaving the hospital they discard those studies; on their part if you don't ask for them they won't give them to you in the end. 6. Caregivers: as I mentioned, they only allow 2 people to enter to be with their relative, if they want to eat/lunch/rest they must leave the hospital facilities so that someone else can relieve them, they do not allow you to eat in the parking lot or much except inside the facilities/patient room, you can only enter with water. Visits are not allowed (and there are even no hours), if you are an influential person/police/government you will not have a problem with this because they are elitist and will allow you to eat inside and pass as many people as you want to visit (I mention this because we saw this , a person passed with trays of food, and nobody said anything to him).
