★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia lleve a mi esposa a las 3:50 am con azucar alta el medico de lo peor me dijo cuando piensas llevarla a un psiquiatra no quiso checarle el azucar solo le dio algo para el mareo y segun el eso no era azucar alta al sig dia la llevo a clinicas del azucar y traia 360 si un medico no quiere trabajar de noche q mejor se valka a descansar es un inepto esecdoctor ahorita la voy a llevar a operar de la vesicula lo cual tampoco tomo en cuenta uds creen q ka llevaria avesta clinica ni pensarlo
 Very bad experience I took my wife at 3:50 am with high sugar the doctor told me the worst when you think to take her to a psychiatrist he did not want to check her sugar he only gave her something for dizziness and according to him that was not high sugar at the Next day I take her to sugar clinics and she would bring 360 if a doctor does not want to work at night, he better go to rest, he is an inept doctor, right now I am going to take her to operate on the gallbladder which I do not take into account, you think that I would take Avesta clinic or think about it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de las recepcionistas, cuando quieran entrar a visitar algún familiar háganlo por la parte trasera ya que ni se dan cuenta de quien pasa a las habitaciones, ya que las recepcionistas están más preocupadas por pintarce la cara.
Terrible service from the receptionists, when you want to enter to visit a family member, do it from the back since you do not even realize who is entering the rooms, since the receptionists are more concerned with painting their faces.

Llame y me colgaron y volví a llamar me atendieron de mala forma me dejaron en espera y luego me colgaron otra vez muy mala atencion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de la recepcionista, muy prepotente. Mala atención por parte del doctor general, a parte uso un recetario que no le correspondía a su nombre. No vuelvo a ir a la clínica, ya que no me da confianza.
Terrible service from the receptionist, very arrogant. Bad attention from the general doctor, apart from using a prescription that did not correspond to his name. I do not go to the clinic again, since it does not give me confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta de más decir o dar mi opinión pero está por los suelos la atención de la clínica en general,toda la bendita noche buscando enfermeras,ginecólogo...te atienden con una hueva hasta se enojan por hacer su trabajo literalmente no hay nada de gente en ninguno de los 2 pisos que hay....2 pisos es muy chiquito y todos platicando en primer piso con luz apagada...es una mentada de madre el servicio que te dan,desde las citas con el ginecólogo está mal.....pero por necesidad uno tiene que tomar estos servicios y que mal que el hospital no tome en cuenta la opinión de la gente....pero así son las empresas no hacen nada mientras siguen generando.
It goes without saying or giving my opinion, but the attention of the clinic in general is on the ground, all blessed night looking for nurses, gynecologist... they treat you with a roe until they get angry for doing their job literally there are no people in none of the 2 floors that there are... 2 floors is very small and everyone talking on the first floor with the light off... the service they give you is bad, from the appointments with the gynecologist it's a mess of a mother... ...but out of necessity one has to take these services and it's too bad that the hospital doesn't take into account the opinion of the people....but that's the way the companies are, they don't do anything while they continue to generate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE, LAS RECEPCIONISTAS DEJAN MUCHO QUE DESEAR NO AYUDAN Y TIENEN UN CARÁCTER PREPOTENTE.
PERO EL DOCTOR FLORES ES UN EXCELENTE GINECÓLOGO. SIN EMBARGO NO VUELVO A IR A ESA CLÍNICA. NO LA RECOMIENDO HASTA QUE NO MEJOREN SI TRATO AL CLIENTE.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE RECEPTIONISTS LEAVE A LOT TO BE DESIRED, THEY DON'T HELP AND HAVE AN ARBUSY CHARACTER.
BUT DOCTOR FLORES IS AN EXCELLENT GYNECOLOGIST. HOWEVER, I WILL NOT GO TO THAT CLINIC AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT UNTIL THEY DO NOT IMPROVE IF I TREAT THE CUSTOMER.
