★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They brought my 8 year old German Sheppard from the death!!!!! It blows my mind that this kind of place exists in here! I have 3 cats and 2 dogs I take all of them with them, there is no reason to save a few pesos and risk it, the vets are caring and very well educated and super responsive to all of my questions, I would give them 10 stars if I could! Best of the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not take your pets here, it's all a rip off. I took my Chihuahua here and it was all for nothing. I never got a call back from them when he got really bad, nor did I get a call back for when his ashes we're ready (which they forced me to get so they wouldn't return my money) I paid around 500 dollars just so I could come back without my dog. Not even his ashes did they give me. Highly do not recommend, they only seem interested in the money not your pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an after hours emergency for one of your pets and they were open as advertised.Had a follow-up appointment a few days later and were very thorough and gentle with my female Lab/Pit bull.Will be going there from now on with any and all my Pets needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wait time to get a shot for my dog took 40 minutes, they were constantly calling for someone to put a shot. 40 minutes later a young lady showed up, she introduced herself to us and took 5 minutes to let my dog gain trust in her and proceeded to put the booster shot on my dog. Overall good experience but they need to get more people to attend customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi Yorkie y no le cortaron los pelos adentro de las orejas. Muy amable la receptionists y precios rasonables. Deben requerir a sus clientes que aseguren sus perros, se me brinco un perro grande y casi me muerde (el dueño lo detuvo).
Took my Yorkie, they forgot to clean the inside of his ears, other than that prices are reasonable and employees were very attentive.
They need to require the pets be restrained as one jumped at me and almost bit me if it wasn't for the owner who jumped on the dog to restrain him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adopted a German Shepherd puppy that was going to be put down because no one wanted him due to his leg being fractured and hip dislocated from being hit by a car. Drove from San Antonio here for the surgery at a fraction of the cost it was going to cost us at clinics here in San Antonio. Many vets told us to amputate but they did the FHO surgery and saved our dogs leg. He had physical therapy with them afterwards too. 3 years later and he is doing phenomenal! Our dog has a better quality of life due to this place. Everyone super friendly and great care.
