Is not my vet clinic so I don't use their services regularly. I been there in two occasions only because is one of the very few clinics that's open 24/7. Good place for emergencies out of offices hours

Very efficient. Quick to see me as my dog was having trouble breathing. Took an xray and made appt for next day to follow up. I felt well taken care of.

I called to make sure they really were open at 9:00 PM and got no answer. I called again and yes they were there. They gave my dog good treatment.

Thank you so much Dr. Diaz! Went in last minute for vaccinations and health certificate for a kitten I was bringing to the states. The team was amazing, nice, profesional, and super fast to cover our needs. Went to the airport only to find out the kennel I had was not acceptable. The vet team went above and beyond to quickly deliver a new kennel to me at the airport. 100% recommend this clinic!

This is a 24 hour veterinarian medical center. Dr.Armando understands and speaks English very good. He payed a lot of attention to symptoms of my dog, he gave his recommendations. My dog swallowed some plastic so they had to perform X-rays for him. Also they recommended to leave my dog for 24 hours in the center to get some antibiotics and liquid infusion. I think it helped but I picked up my dog after 12 hours because he felt really well already. Unfortunately they don’t have ultrasound or endoscopy equipment, so I had to make a visit to other clinic.

Good for emergencies but definitely review results with your own vet. Took unclear ie bad x-rays that didn’t reveal the fracture present. Then new symptoms resulted from fracture that they said was unrelated and it wasn’t. Refused to refund the follow up visit which they said was included in initial appt but since they wrongly diagnosed (or perhaps intentionally) the new symptoms they charged for it. My estimate is that several new, inexperienced vets work here - doing they’re best but not to be left unquestioned and challenged.
