Este recinto cuenta con diverdas instalaciones, es de dimensiones medianas, pues la otra fracción de la institución está utilizada por CAST y por las oficinas generales de la institución, sin embargo tienen un amplio convenio con diversas empresas con oportunidades de campo laboral, existen talleres con sus respectivas carreras, hay incluso un laboratorio de química (aunque escasas veces se utiliza), un auditorio, canchas de basquet ball, una biblioteca y diversas instalaciones con uso específico. Para ser honestos falta un poco de mantenimiento a algunos talleres, sin embargo se puede seguir trabajando en ellos, existen buenos profesores y ademas se organizan diversos eventos especiales para los alumnos, es un buen lugar para desarrollar nuevas habilidades, tomar inspiraciónes y adentrarte a una nueva carrera con un título profesional técnico.
