★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efectivamente es un lugar donde va mucha gente. Y es por que el doctor Arturo Perez es un profesional y un artista en lo que hace. El en cada consulta supervisa el pre diagnóstico que dan sus ayudantes. Algunos no son hábiles ni corteses. Pero tengan la seguridad de que Dr. Arturo hace un excelente trabajo en las cirugías. Hay que ir con paciencia y tiempo. Vale la espera por la obtención del resultado. Pero ojalá mejore la dinámica de atención.
 It is indeed a place where many people go. And it is because Dr. Arturo Perez is a professional and an artist in what he does. In each consultation, he supervises the pre-diagnosis given by his assistants. Some are not skillful or courteous. But rest assured, Dr. Arturo does an excellent job of surgery. You have to go with patience and time. It is worth the wait for obtaining the result. But hopefully improve the dynamics of attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio del Doctor Arturo sin duda es un súper doctor, sin embargo tuvimos una mala experiencia con la parte de Óptica, los lentes que venden son muy malos, deficientes y con unos acabados horribles. Nunca responden el teléfono, si te responden te dejan las horas esperando y no dan solución. Lamentablemente recibí malas opiniones una vez que pagué los anteojos, ya cuando los recogí fue para constatarlo. Los lleve a mi madre, no eran la graduacion recomendada por la misma clínica, un lente parece corte de una botella de coca cola de vidrio, incluso hasta queda fuera del armazón, llamé y después de tantos intentos sólo dijeron nos comunicamos con usted, pero yo creo van de rodillas. Honestamente no recomiendo que hagan sus lentes ahí.
Doctor Arturo's service is undoubtedly a super doctor, however we had a bad experience with the Optics part, the lenses they sell are very bad, deficient and with horrible finishes. They never answer the phone, if they answer you they leave you waiting for hours and they do not give a solution. Unfortunately I received bad opinions once I paid for the glasses, and when I picked them up it was to verify it. I took them to my mother, they were not the prescription recommended by the clinic itself, a lens seems to be cut from a glass coca cola bottle, even until it is outside the frame, I called and after so many attempts they only said we are communicating with you, but I think they are on their knees. I honestly do not recommend that you make your lenses there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una excelente opción para atenderte. Muy buena experiencia en cuanto al servicio, atención y calidad en las consultas. Hace dos semanas operaron a mi abuela de catarata en el ojo izquierdo y quedamos super satisfechos. Tal vez el costo parezca elevado, pero lo vale al 100%, si lo comparamos con otras clínicas u hospitales, es más barato.
Como adicional, nos permitieron ingresar a ver la cirugía.
An excellent option to assist you. Very good experience in terms of service, attention and quality in the consultations. Two weeks ago they operated on my grandmother for a cataract in her left eye and we were super satisfied. The cost may seem high, but it is worth it 100%, if we compare it with other clinics or hospitals, it is cheaper.
As an additional, they allowed us to enter to see the surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El doctor es excelente, tiene un trato muy humano, pero la persona que está en la puerta es grosero y si no quiere no te da lugar argumentando que el personal se enoja si da más lugares y salen tarde. Menciona de manera burlona que " a todos les urge una cita" . Por teléfono NADIE contesta, te dicen que ya no hay lugar para citas. Les sugiero que busquen otro lugar para realizarse una cirugía y no por el doctor sino por los empleados groseros que tienen en la clínica.
The doctor is excellent, he has a very humane treatment, but the person at the door is rude and if he doesn't want to, he won't give you a place arguing that the staff get angry if he gives more places and they leave late. He mockingly mentions that "everyone needs a date." On the phone NOBODY answers, they tell you that there is no place for appointments. I suggest you find another place to have surgery and not because of the doctor but because of the rude employees they have at the clinic.
