★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron una endodoncia en donde me lastimaron en extremo la encía y los conductos (Este procedimiento ya me lo había hecho en otro lugar y no había presentado más que molestias leves), fue en una sola sesión de 1 hora y 30 minutos, apresurada porque tenían otro paciente detrás mío. El dolor era sumamente fuerte pasadas 4 hrs. del procedimiento. Marqué para hablar con la dentista (el dolor a penas si me dejaba hablar) y explicarle como me sentía y qué se podía hacer. No me tomo ni siquiera la llamada, me dijo a través de la recepcionista que ella ya me había dicho que iba a doler y que me tomara la medicación indicada, punto. No se hizo responsable del trabajo (que no fue barato) ni del seguimiento (cosa primordial cuando trabajas en este tipo de servicio al cliente).
Terminé mi tratamiento con otro dentista y no volvería con la de ahí bajo ningún motivo.
Mala experiencia en verdad.
Por otro lado la oftalmóloga que trabaja allí es muy buena y la recomiendo ampliamente.
I had a root canal where my gums and ducts were severely injured (This procedure had already been done in another place and I had not presented more than mild discomfort), it was in a single session of 1 hour and 30 minutes, rushed because they had another patient behind me. The pain was extremely strong after 4 hrs. of the procedure. I dialed to speak to the dentist (the pain was barely allowed if she let me speak) and explain how I felt and what could be done. I didn't even take the call, she told me through the receptionist that she had already told me it was going to hurt and to take the prescribed medication, period. He was not responsible for the work (which was not cheap) or the follow-up (which is essential when you work in this type of customer service).
I finished my treatment with another dentist and would not go back to that one for any reason.
Bad experience really.
On the other hand, the ophthalmologist who works there is very good and I highly recommend her.
