C	Carlos Eduardo Pérez Velasco Sánchez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia con el doctor fue muy mala, fui por dos motivos , la primera por una infección y la segunda para hacer mi examen de vista, con mi receta del examen mandé graduar por mi cuenta los lentes que tanto necesito y no quedaron bien , solicité una cita para aclarar el tema de la receta y dar seguimiento a mi infección ya que después del tratamiento aún seguí presentando problemas , para lo cual se me negó la consulta argumentando que no dan garantías a trabajos no realizados por ellos ,sin embargo yo solo requería aclarar si la receta está bien o no ,ya que requiero mandar graduar de nuevo y tendría entonces que pagar en otro lado algo que ya pague en este sitio, en mi opinión fue poco ético y poco profesional para dar una aclaración si la receta estaba bien o mal así de simple y lo más grave es que me negara la atención médica ya que no tuvo la ética de dar seguimiento a un paciente, en mi opinión si se practican una cirugía con este doctor piénselo bien, si el día de mañana requieren una aclaración por algo probablemente les pueda dar la espalda como a mí me la dió. Es claro que no saben dar atención al cliente ante aclaraciones y es claro que yo no recomendaré a ninguna persona conocida esta clínica. It is clear that they do not know how to give customer service to clarifications and it is clear that I will not recommend this clinic to any person I know.
