★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el que brindan, la consulta con un costo elevado para la zona que es, la persona que atiende con su cara de amargada siempre quejándose de los doctores, de que tiene que contestar el teléfono, parece que te hace un favor. Por ende los lentes que venden de muy muy muy muy mala calidad, carisimos y no son originales, mal echos por cierto, CERO RECOMENDABLE DE VERDAD!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo recomendar totalmente este lugar, pues tuve experiencias diferentes. en primer término uno de los asistentes de la Dra, titular hizo mi graduación y quedó mal, cuando regresé a reclamar se portó déspota y agresivo. El trato de la Dra. es poco cordial, pero ahí mismo me concertaron una cita con una Dra. especialista en miopía, de quien recibí una excelente atención.
I cannot fully recommend this place, as I had different experiences. In the first place, one of the assistants of the Dra, holder, made my graduation and it was bad, when I returned to complain, he behaved despot and aggressive. Dr.'s treatment is not very cordial, but right there they made an appointment for me with a doctor who specializes in myopia, from whom I received excellent care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El costo de la consulta para la zona es excesiva, adicional al momento de realizar tu pago con tarjeta, la pasan tantas veces que te hacen dudar de cuántos cargos hicieron. La doctora nada empática te revisa como si te hiciera el favor, te pide que regreses a consulta de seguimiento y su telefóno no funciona, por lo que llegas y resulta que ya se retiró.
Definitivo. Nada recomendable ni una estrella. Los ojos es algo tan delicado y no dar seguimiento es terrible.

Fui por una emergencia el sábado, tenía una basurita dentro del ojo y me picaba y lastimaba. Había probado sin éxito quitármela, decidí acudir con especialistas.
1. El señor que gestiona las citas es grosero y machista sin la más mínima intención de ocultarlo. Te habla como si fuera tu trabajo saber las dudas que preguntas.
2. Una vez en cita le expliqué a la Doctora y después de revisar con su aparato, dijo que no tenía nada, que seguro era como una infección de gripa, pero de los ojos... le expliqué que con claridad identificaba el momento en que me entró la basurita. Que la sensación era clara y que por favor me ayudara con la limpieza del ojo. Realmente sólo es pasar un cotonete para recoger cualquier residuo, más de una vez otros oftalmólogos me han limpiado los ojos así. No quiso, dijo que mi ojo tenía gripa.
3. Por esos 5 minutos de atención, donde no resolvió nada cobran 500 pesos.
Tuve que ir al día siguiente a Centro Arista, la consulta 300 pesos, atención humana y en dos minutitos la doctora abrió mi ojo, volteó el párpado y con el cotonete lo limpió y retiró la basurita. Barato, muy eficiente y de confianza.
En esta clínica NUNCA me vuelvo a parar. No pierdan su tiempo, su dinero y además con el riesgo de que a su emergencia le llamen GRIPA DEL OJO.

I went for an emergency on Saturday, I had a small debris inside my eye and it itched and hurt. I had tried unsuccessfully to take it off, I decided to go to specialists.
1. The man who manages the appointments is rude and macho without the slightest intention of hiding it. He speaks to you as if it were your job to know the questions you ask.
2. Once at the appointment I explained to the Doctor and after checking with her device, she said that she had nothing, that it was surely like a flu infection, but about the eyes ... I explained that I clearly identified the moment when that the garbage entered me. That the sensation was clear and that please help me with the cleaning of the eye. It's really just a swab to pick up any residue, more than once other ophthalmologists have cleaned my eyes like this. He didn't want to, he said my eye had the flu.
3. For those 5 minutes of attention, where nothing was solved, they charge 500 pesos.
I had to go the next day to Centro Arista, the consultation 300 pesos, human attention and in two minutes the doctor opened my eye, turned the eyelid and with the cotton swab she cleaned it and removed the rubbish. Cheap, very efficient and trustworthy.
In this clinic I will NEVER stop again. Do not waste your time, your money and also with the risk that your emergency will be called EYE FLU.
