★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una señora de la tercera edad que trabaja en recepción es grosera y prepotente. Mala comunicación por parte de los doctores hacia los pacientes y cobran medicamentos que nunca se usaron. Revisen su cuenta antes de salir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente trato por parte del Dr. Oliva, información del tratamiento clara, calidez humana, los asistentes muy al tanto de las necesidades del paciente, Emilio, Arturo y Roberto siempre al pendiente de lo que necesitas con mucha amabilidad, internet, tv, refri y horno. Lo único que la habitación no cuenta con clima, eso sería lo que falta y cambiar el colchón que ya lo requiere, la Srita. Shoestant de recepción muy amable y sonriente GRACIAS POR SUS ATENCIONES!, por lo contrario la sra. De administración que esta adentro creo se llama Malena muy grosera con el trato al paciente, no sabe tratar a las personas que necesitamos preg. Algo, contesta muy grosera.
La persona externa que se contrata para la comida ahi si no muy recomendable, falta que este mas al pendiente de lo que pide el paciente ya que estamos en un tratamiento y obvio necesitamos cierta alimentación, ojala ponga mas enfasis en lo que se le pide y ponga comida mas acorde a los enfermos que tomamos tratamiento, no se nos antoja cualquier cosa y manda lo mismo, debería considerar variación, caro para una comida que a veces ni agua manda, pero eso es externo al hospital, sin embargo el hospital puede cambiarlo.
