★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían tener la opción de poder ir a recolectar antes de que el pedido salga a ruta, siempre marca cerrado el lugar y no dan una línea telefónica a la que llamar, no llaman antes de llevar tu pedido, según fueron las 3 veces a mi casa y yo ni enterado
They should have the option of being able to go and collect before the order goes out on the road, they always mark the place closed and they do not give a phone line to call, they do not call before taking your order, as they were the 3 times at my house and i didn't even know

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. Siempre están de mal genio. Mis paquetes de quedan almacenados por muchos días, tengo que ir a recogerlos y siempre tienen una atención muy desagradable y pobre atención al cliente. Si pueden elegir otra Paqueteria mejor elijan otra.
Bad service. They are always in a bad temper. My packages are stored for many days, I have to go to collect them and they always have very unpleasant attention and poor customer service. If you can choose another package, better choose another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato aquí es desagradable. Te mantienen en el sol en lo que buscan tu paquete y además de que se tardan, hay camionetas entrando y saliendo. Yo terminé aquí por un error de ellos, no proque no haya recogido mi paquete a tiempo.
El problema es el personal y la falta de compromiso de la empresa, la desinformación de los empleados y por ende su nula capacitación, hacen que uno pierda el tiempo por su inoperatividad y su poca resolución que solo se limita al sistema.
Yo les recomiendo ampliamente que graben todas las llamadas telefónicas con la compañía, de esta manera muchos tendríamos argumentos para demandarlos.
The deal here is unpleasant. They keep you in the sun as they look for your package and in addition to being slow, there are vans coming and going. I ended up here because of their mistake, not because I didn't pick up my package on time.
The problem is the personnel and the lack of commitment of the company, the misinformation of the employees and therefore their lack of training, make one waste time due to its inoperativeness and its poor resolution that is only limited to the system.
I highly recommend that you record all phone calls with the company, in this way many of us would have arguments to sue them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Entregan a destiempo, segun se habrio mi paquete y que si quiero lo reempaquetan, y que al siguiente dia te entregan les digo que si . Y les hablas y te dicen que desconocen por que no salio.
Very bad service. They deliver at the wrong time, according to how my package was opened and if I want they repackage it, and the next day they deliver it to you, I say yes. And you talk to them and they tell you that they don't know why it didn't come out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es necesario un sistema más rápido de entregas, he visto personas que tardan más de dos horas en recibir un paquete, además de que el personal no es del todo amable. Como es posible que en una sucursal de paqueteria solo con tu nombre hagan la búsqueda, pareciera que no saben ni donde tienen los paquetes. Así mismo el horario con el que cuentan en el maps es incorrecto.
A faster delivery system is necessary, I have seen people take more than two hours to receive a package, and the staff is not at all friendly. As it is possible that in a parcel branch only with your name they do the search, it seems that they do not even know where they have the packages. Likewise, the schedule they have on the maps is incorrect.
