Ahora resulta que el paquete lo devolvieron a quien me lo envío y todo gracias a este pésimo mensajero. Es un regalo y lo necesitaba hoy, en la guía de rastreo colocan que van dos visitas a mi domicilio y que no se encontraba el destinatario. Hoy en la mañana paso a la oficina de Toluca a unas 5 cuadras del lugar de entrega mi domicilio. Llamaron para informar mi caso y me dijeron que solo tenía que estar al pendiente de que llegara el repartidor. Pues estuve al pendiente y nunca llegó y ponen su supuesta segunda visita. Mi domicilio está verificado 3 veces y otra más por correos de México que cada semana me lleva correspondencia. Y peor aun no hay como se hayan equivocado en la dirección si está especificada. Que mal servicio tienen, uno para ubicar un domicilio y dos que todo el día estuve llamando a los teléfonos registrados en el portal de gobierno y el teléfono que aquí aparece, ni siquiera entra en marcación, tres que tienen mi teléfono si tienen problemas para dar con el domicilio por qué no llaman al destinatario. Es absurdo. Por favor pongan atención a sus repartidores y su trabajo, no es posible que tengan este servicio. It is not possible that they go two days of the supposed delivery of my package.
