No llamen a los teléfonos nunca contestan, asegúrense donde está su paquete y vayan personalmente por el si les urge
I attended for an order because they told me that they did not find the address so I had to go there, minutes before they called me and told me that they had it there, the police gave me access, the very nice girl handed me my order
Do not call the phones, they never answer, make sure where your package is and go in person if it is urgent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima paquete ría no se por que sigue abierta, no saben utilizar un celular, saben quejarse eso si, no te llaman no saben llegar al lugar de destino (el mio estaba literal cruzando un puente cerca de su almacén), tienes que ir por el paquete, y aparte de todo no contestan en la sucursal de Lerma donde si me contesto fue una chica muy amable del centro de Toluca y ella si te da la información pero de ahí en fuera pésimo servicio.
Terrible package laugh, I don't know why it's still open, they don't know how to use a cell phone, they know how to complain that yes, they don't call you, they don't know how to get to the destination (mine was literally crossing a bridge near their warehouse), you have to go by package, and apart from all they do not answer at the Lerma branch where if she answered me it was a very friendly girl from the center of Toluca and she does give you the information but from then on, terrible service.
