Anteriormente me cortaba yo mismo las uñas de mis pies, carecía de cuidado al hacerlo, utilizaba un simple corta uñas y en ocasiones llegaba al extremo de jalar los cueritos y me sangraba finalmente terminaba por enterrarme yo mismo la uña. Un día llegue al punto de no poder apoyar uno de mis pies para caminar, tenia un fuerte dolor en la uña de mi dedo pulgar del pie, ya me habían comentado del trabajo que realiza un Podologo pero yo seguía pensando que podía continuar cortándome las uñas. Ese dolor del que les hablo me llevo a realizar una cita en el Centro Podologico ACAPIE, mi primera cita fue en la sucursal progreso y conocí al Podólogo Fernando. Pensé que me quitaría mi uña del dolor tan intenso que tenía en ese momento, pero no fue así. Bastaron unos minutos para que desapareciera y me sintiera súper mejor. Desde ese momento tome la decisión de programar mis citas de manera mensual, opte por dejar de cortarme las uñas de mis pies, he visto los resultados en el crecimiento que ahora tienen, mis pies son los más felices y todo esto ha mejorado mi salud. Por todo esto recomiendo ampliamente el servicio del Centro Podologico ACAPIE.
I have been attending my consultations for approximately 5 years. Previously, I cut my toenails myself, I lacked care when doing it, I used a simple nail clipper and sometimes went to the extreme of pulling the little skin and bled, finally I ended up burying the nail myself. One day I reached the point of not being able to support one of my feet to walk, I had severe pain in the nail of my toe, they had already told me about the work that a Podiatrist does but I kept thinking that I could continue cutting my nails . That pain I'm talking about led me to make an appointment at the ACAPIE Podiatric Center, my first appointment was at the Progreso branch and I met Fernando Podiatrist. I thought it would remove my nail from the intense pain it was in at the time, but it didn't. It took a few minutes for it to disappear and I felt super better. From that moment I made the decision to schedule my appointments on a monthly basis, I chose to stop cutting my toenails, I have seen the results in the growth that they now have, my feet are the happiest and all this has improved my health. For all this, I highly recommend the service of the ACAPIE Podiatric Center.
