★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente, la atención al cliente es muy deficiente. Una vez, hice una cita y pasaron a alguien más que no tenía cita. En otra ocasión, me confirmaron que la terminal de tarjetas de crédito ya estaba sirviendo y fui. Llegué y la señorita me dijo que era mi culpa y que estaba mintiendo que su compañera me había dicho que ya estaba sirviendo. También pedí factura y se rehusaron a dar factura. Los productos son buenos pero desafortunadamente la atención al cliente es muy deficiente.
Unfortunately, customer support is very poor. One time, I made a date and they passed someone else who didn't have a date. On another occasion, they confirmed that the credit card terminal was already working and I went. I arrived and the lady told me that it was my fault and that she was lying that her partner had told me that she was already serving. I also asked for an invoice and they refused to give an invoice. The products are good but unfortunately the customer service is very poor.
