What could be better is very unfriendly staff, both behind the counter and in the phlebotomy room. Don’t expect a pleasant experience. Also, they do a terrible job of enforcing masks, social distancing in a small, crowded space inside and out.

The ladies behind the counter are very patient in explaining things to me, even with my small amount of Spanish. For the tests I needed, I went in the morning and was able to get in and out within 30 minutes. The results arrived in my email every time.

They normally end PCR sample taking at 12:30pm. If you need PCR be there at least before 11am. You need to provide email and if available phone number. Verify information before signing to ensure your email and phone number are accurate to avoid delays on results. Very competitive price $1300 MEX.
