They were friendly and helpfull. I think the prices are a bit more expensive than other places, but I guess it is because is Tulum
M	Michael Da Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On December 27, 2021 I booked and paid for a PCR test for a trip January 6-10, 2022 in Tulum, Mexico. I had called, texted, and emailed the contact info emailed to me by this business multiple times a day every day since. I was only able to get in-touch with someone from the testing centre today January 4, 2022 - the person I spoke to advised that I was calling the Cancun testing location and that we would have to pay extra and call/email another phone number in order to book the centre in Tulum. The insane thing is that I did indicate that we we needed a test in Tulum and we did pay the Tulum rate. I have been calling, texting, and emailing the Tulum testing location all day today and was not able to get in contact with anyone -- instead I was emailed a refund for the original booking without any explanation. Don't rely on this business. Sham practices and not reliable. Don't let this business ruin your vacation.
