★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si quieren que los acaricien solamente se los recomiendo pero si quieren sanar realmente alguna dolencia para nada es la opción, se te quita un día y ya, los ejercicios son muy básicos y si les dices después de terminar su super terapia de 4500 pesos (un robo) que te duele aun se inventan miles de escusas para culparte de que sigas así sin dar ninguna opción.
Pésimo no los recomiendo en absoluto mejor tómense un te de manzanilla cura más.
