El doctor Alan me alivió el dolor crónico de espalda baja que tuve por 3 años debido a un accidente en moto, ninguna terapia antes había podido descompresionar y acomodar mi columna correctamente, vivía con dolor diario, no podía dormir bien ni estar mucho tiempo parado o sentado, hasta que fuí a tratamiento constante con el Dr. Alan, de paso me acomodó un hombro que tenía dislocado por practicar artes marciales mixtas. Altamente recomendado!!

Best Chiropractor I have ever visited. He speaks perfect Spanish and English, listens very well and does a thorough evaluation. In addition to the standard spinal manipulations he was able to release tight muscle groups in my legs and hips and gave me strengthening and stretching exercises to facilitate my recovery. I have struggled my whole life with low back and hip pain and have seen about 6 Chiropractors over the past 35 years in Seattle, Wa. I had an extreme problem while in Matzatlan after sitting in airplanes, lawn chairs & sleeping on bad beds. I had severe pain while walking and could barely lift my legs. With 2 visits he had me almost back to normal.

Dr Alan Echeagaray has been providing excellent and individualized care to my husband for several months. Alan is a very caring and knowledgeable chiropractor who provides gentle, effective and excellent care. Alan allows the time needed to provide the patient with the best results possible. Best chiropractor anywhere - Dr. Alan Echeagaray is a highly skilled chiropractor, who takes the time to figure out what is wrong and then takes the time to fix the issues. I arrived in Mazatlán with a knee that had recently ‘gone out’ a couple of days before my trip, leaving me barely able walk/bend my knee without feeling like it was going to out again at any time . I had been in generally good shape but with perpetually tight muscles and tendons leaving my hips, back, legs and neck so tight all the time. Dr Alan spent quality time with me, asking questions while working on specific areas in depth. Literally for the first time in years I was able to walk “normally” using the correct and firing muscles as we walked all over Mazatlan. The times I went in to Dr. Alan to realign during my recovery, he usually spent an entire 1/2 hour or more working on my misalignments and pain, providing great relief. Wish I could have stayed more than the 7 weeks we were there. Dr. Alan E has also partnered with a talented sports physical fitness coach, Jose, who understands what exercises and in what order to do exercises to further fix issues. Jose’s gym is located reasonably close, which helped me immensely! Dr. Alan also has a talented massage therapist he works with. So he surrounds himself with the right kind of support people to help many types of issues. Office is friendly, and English is spoken well. I have hope now that I can be fixed over time, as i have solutions to my issues- so after seeing other doctors, other chiropractors, massages and in pain for years, Dr. Alan Echeagaray has provided me with a different future.
