★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, ocurrí con paciente de 94 años Para toma de rx, no hay protocolo para checar el acceso de las personas, tomaron. La placa pidiendo que la paciente se parara sin calzado en un tapete sucio, me entregaron la placa sin la interpretación, diciendo que me enviarían la misma al siguiente día a muy temprana hora vía whatsapp, esto fue el día viernes. No lo hicieron y hoy lunes me comunique y me informaron que no tienen aun la interpretación, y que no saben a qué hora o cuando la podrán tener. Que falta de profecionslismo, ni qué me hagan gratis los estudios regresaría a ese centro radiologico.
Terrible service, I happened with a 94-year-old patient. For taking the rx, there is no protocol to check the access of people, they took. The plate asking the patient to stand without shoes on a dirty mat, they gave me the plate without the interpretation, saying that they would send it to me the next day at a very early hour via WhatsApp, this was on Friday. They did not and today, Monday, I was contacted and they informed me that they do not have the interpretation yet, and that they do not know when or when they will be able to have it. That lack of professionalism, or what the studies do to me for free, would I return to that radiological center.
