Presenta varios problemas como: está muy viejo, se ve sucio, no cuenta con aire acondicionado, hace falta luz/mantenimiento en los baños y no es un lugar muy bonito para ser sincero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar con buen espacio para la realizacion de eventos. Sin embargo la fachada por dentro necesita retoques. Tiene un aspecto sucio y las protecciones requieren mantenimiento.
