★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un centro social a cargo de la alcaldía de Iztapalapa, tiene actividades recreativas, lúdicas y deportivas a muy bajo costo. Lo único mal es que no hay una debida supervisión, en especial, el tae kwon do a cargo del profesor Pedro Rodríguez quién aún piensa que la educación es con golpes y violencia, utiliza un palo para "disciplinar" a sus alumnos, esto a pesar de que es muy joven. Un día relató que cuando estaba más joven y estudiaba Tae kwon do le dejaban sangrando las nalgas por no hacer bien sus ejercicios. Qué a quien educan así lo alejan de las drogas y el alcohol. También pide dinero a los padres porque dice que le paga muy poco la alcaldía. Y su administrador brilla por su ausencia.
