★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy bueno y rápido, te cobran $10 adicionales por la impresión de los boletos. Pero...está muuuuy escondido y no hay letreros de señalización.
The service is very good and fast, they charge you an additional $10 for printing the tickets. But...it is sooo hidden and there are no signposts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fuí a comprar a las 11 am boletos para el concierto de Justin Bieber para el 26 de mayo 2022 y la señorita nos dijo que ya estaban agotados, me trasladé a la Mega Coacalco (Ahora Soriana) que se ubica sobre la López Portillo adentro de la tienda y ahí sí encontré mis 3 boletos y me percaté que aún hay muchos lugares para esa fecha y no había nada de gente.
Today I went to buy tickets for the Justin Bieber concert for May 26, 2022 at 11 am and the lady told us that they were already sold out, I moved to the Mega Coacalco (Now Soriana) which is located on the López Portillo inside of the store and there I did find my 3 tickets and I realized that there are still many places for that date and there were no people at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de tener una persona más para imprimir los boletos, se hace la fila muy larga y creo que hace falta que pongan información sobre los requisitos, aparte hay muy mala señal en en el piso donde está y eso hace que se dificulte más el poder acceder a tu cuenta para desbloquearla
They should have one more person to print the tickets, the line is very long and I think they need to put information about the requirements, apart from that there is a very bad signal on the floor where it is and that makes it more difficult to access to your account to unlock it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal es buena, sin embargo, es nefasto el proceso para recoger boletos, aún cuando Ya los pagaste y presentas comprobante e INE.
Por otro lado en el Sitio Web No están actualizados los centros que sí están dando servicio (llegas a uno y te salen con la sorpresa que no está dando servicio)
The attention of the staff is good, however, the process to collect tickets is disastrous, even when you have already paid for them and present proof and INE.
On the other hand, the centers that are providing service are not updated on the Website (you arrive at one and are surprised that it is not providing service)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha gente formada y despues de media hora llegas te sientas y la Señorita te dice de manera despectiva: " aqui no vendo boletos para ningun estadio de futbol " ni tengo para imprimir eso", solo vende para grandes eventos, asi que eviten la pena.
Many people lined up and after half an hour you arrive, sit down and the lady tells you in a derogatory way: "here I don't sell tickets for any soccer stadium" nor do I have to print that", it only sells for big events, so avoid the penalty.
