★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio al cliente. Colocan el número de contacto y para todo te contestan " venga verlos " personal no capacitado. Y si quieres perder tu tiempo sin obtener la mínima información. Acude a sus instalaciones.
Very bad customer service. They put the contact number and for everything they answer "come see them" untrained staff. And if you want to waste your time without getting the least information. Go to their facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para adquirir tornillos o rondanas especiales que luego en otras tornillerías no tienen, las señoras que atienden si saben bien del tema, aveces no tienen tacto para explicarte pero en relación tienen todo lo que necesitas, en mi caso batalle con unos tornillos y rondanas automotrices que no encontraba en otros centros tornilleros y en ese lugar las encontré.
It is a good place to buy special screws or washers that other hardware stores do not have, the ladies who attend do know the subject well, sometimes they do not have the tact to explain but in relation they have everything you need, in my case I struggled with some screws and automotive washers that I couldn't find in other screw centers and in that place I found them.
