El personal de ése lugar está muy capacitado y es muy profesional, siempre dispuestos a aclarar cualquier duda y con sugerencias muy acertadas sobre una posible idoneidad de un tornillo en algún lugar específico. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les falta capacitación, no saben los nombres de las herramientas y por si fuera poco, las empleadas o las personas que atienden siempre están de mal humor y atienden mal a los clientes.
Hay que ir preparado para ser maltratado si de verdad tiene tecesidad de comprar algo.
They lack training, they do not know the names of the tools and to top it off, the employees or the people who attend are always in a bad mood and serve customers badly.
You have to be prepared to be mistreated if you really have a need to buy something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente puedo decir que la experiencia con este establecimiento me deja un muy mal sabor de boca, como cliente me gusta mucho dar mi comentario para evitar que otros pasen la misma situación, hace ya varios días lleve un equipo de polipasto para su mantenimiento, cabe señalar que la persona que me atendió prometió llamar para darme informes de los gastos que conllevaría la reparación, lo cual no llamó y desde ese primer día hasta la fecha sigo insistiendo desesperadamente porque me urge para yo llevar a cabo mi trabajo, ya que por parte de ellos no muestran el más mínimo interés, ya casi se cumple el mes y no tengo una solución. Su atención al cliente es muy deficiente y por simple o difícil que sea el trabajo debe haber una atención cordial.
