★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente la atención telefónica es pésima, nunca contestan el teléfono. La atención de los médicos es buena, sin embargo la atención a nivel recepción y entrega de resultados deja bastante que desear en cuanto a organización.
The telephone service is really terrible, they never answer the phone. The attention of the doctors is good, however the attention at the level of reception and delivery of results leaves much to be desired in terms of organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NUNCA contestan el telefono, mas de 3 dias marcando.. ahora es un CHOPO, tuve que ir al lugar para poner la cita por su falta de atencion telefonica y SOLO PARA PONER LA CITA, estuve 45 min esperando junto con pacientes COVID y yo embarazada.. MUY MALA ORGANZIACION..
They NEVER answer the phone, more than 3 days dialing .. now it is a CHOPO, I had to go to the place to make the appointment due to its lack of telephone attention and JUST TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT, I was 45 min waiting together with COVID patients and I pregnant .. VERY BAD ORGANZIATION ..

useless they do not even have to pay a secretary who answered the phone they are not happy. why put a phone number if they are not going to use them ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lamentablemente son muy lentos vía telefónica no contestan, por lo cual hay que acudir en persona pero el trato es muy cordial y amable, doctores capacitados.
unfortunately they are very slow by phone they do not answer, so you have to go in person but the treatment is very cordial and friendly, trained doctors.
