★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La doctora Blanca Buenfil no tiene respeto con los tiempos de SUS pacientes, nos dejó plantados con mi perrito enfermo y únicamente su explicación fue " me tuve que ir " creo que por el precio y por el ser servicial debió marcar con anticipación para cancelarme la consulta.La verdad esto no es profesional, simplemente como cliente me llevo el trago amargo de que no hay compromiso con sus pacientes, esto es negligencia.
El servicio ha decaído mucho y en vdd que triste como cliente ha sido ver esa caída.
Dr. Blanca Buenfil has no respect for the times of HER patients, she left us planted with my sick dog and her only explanation was "I had to go" I think that due to the price and being helpful, she should have called in advance to cancel the consultation. The truth is that this is not professional, simply as a client I take the bitter pill that there is no commitment to their patients, this is negligence.
The service has declined a lot and in vdd how sad as a customer it has been to see that drop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy me dejo plantada la doctora Blanca Buenfil (acupuntura), no le importo tener una cita desde hace días, ni que le dije que tuve que pedir el día en el trabajo, ni que mi perro estaba mal y necesitaba verla; solo me dijo estoy ya muy lejos... para la otra yo pongo la consulta !!!! Que descaro, negligencia, falta de profesionalismo, vocación ... nefasta simplemente .... si tiene una urgencia o necesitan un buen servicio no la contacten
