Lo que más me agrado es que si tu mascota se queda internada tienen a alguien que se queda cuidándolo siempre además que te explican muy bien todos los procedimientos ademas que el seguimiento que se le da a la mascota es muy bueno, me llamo mucho la atención que te marcan para ver como sigue tu mascota y la mejoría que tiene. Sin duda alguna un buen lugar para llevar a tu mejor amigo

Únicos punto a mejorar es que en ocasiones no contestan el teléfono de emergencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no se diga en urgencias lo único que quieren es sacar dinero sin importar el bienestar de la mascota, no lo recomiendo ni por muy grande que sea la emergencia, la peor veterinaria que e visitado en San Luis Potosí, deberían de tener más empatía y tenerle amor a lo que hacen no hacerlo nada más por el lado económico, en verdad busquen mejores opciones, que cualquier veterinaria es mejor que está ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le realizaron una radiografia a mi mascota y en base a eso, me notificaron y cotizaron varios procedimientos a realizar. A los cuales yo accedí. No me entregaron físicamente la radiografía, hasta que la solicité. Posteriormente, me informan que no hubo necesidad de todos los procedimientos que en un principio me habían dado a entender. Obviamente no tuve que pagar tanto.
They performed an X-ray on my pet and based on that, they notified me and quoted various procedures to be performed. which I agreed to. The x-ray was not physically delivered to me until I requested it. Later, they inform me that there was no need for all the procedures that they had initially given me to understand. Obviously I didn't have to pay that much.
