★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamas recomendaría este lugar, hace unos días mi prima llevo a su gatita porque no quería comer y sin explicación alguna se la entregaron agonizando.. son lo peor en cuanto a servicio, conocimiento y trato. Son unos despiadados!!! LO PEOR en "clinicas"
 I would never recommend this place, a few days ago my cousin took her kitten because she did not want to eat and without any explanation they handed her over in agony... they are the worst in terms of service, knowledge and treatment. They are ruthless!!! THE WORST in "clinics"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estan bien las instalaciones y limpias tienen equipos para ultrasonido radiografia etc y el dr y las chicas muy atentas pero es exageradamente caro muy muy caro
The facilities are good and clean they have equipment for ultrasound, radiography etc and the dr and the girls are very attentive but it is exaggeratedly expensive very very expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi prima llevó a su gatita hace unos días y se la regresaron peor de lo estaba, a la hora lamentablemente falleció.
Pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo.
MUY MAL, muy mala atención a las mascotas.
My cousin took her kitten a few days ago and they returned her worse than she was, unfortunately she died at the time.
Terrible service, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a mi gatita por problemas para respirar nunca me dieron un diagnóstico acertado siempre fue algo reservado, se quedó 3 días internada, cuando me la entregaron me dijeron que estaba estable solo que la tenía que alimentar por catete hasta que comiera sola, me mandaron medicamento (de uso humano) el cual ni siquiera se lo pude dar ya que al llegar a casa la vi muy débil ya solo se arrastraba, empezó con problemas de respiración y lamentablemente se me murió en menos de 3 horas de habérmela entregado ni quisiera me dio tiempo de llevarla a revisión con alguien más.
I took my kitten because of breathing problems, they never gave me an accurate diagnosis, it was always something reserved, she was hospitalized for 3 days, when they gave her to me they told me that she was stable, only that I had to feed her by catheter until she ate alone, they sent me medicine (for human use) which I couldn't even give it to her because when I got home I saw her very weak and she was just crawling, she started with breathing problems and unfortunately she died less than 3 hours after she gave it to me, she didn't even want to give me time to take it to review with someone else.

La gente tiene derecho a leer y decidir si quieren llevar a su mascota y que te la entreguen muerta como fue mi caso. Me entregaron agonizando mi gatita! y seguiré escribiendo hasta que se den cuenta del mal servicio que hacen.
Why delete negative comments?
People have the right to read and decide if they want to take their pet and have it delivered to you dead, as was my case. They gave me my kitten in agony! and I will continue writing until they realize the disservice they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Triste el lugar. Hacen todo para cobrarte por lo que sea. Todo está al doble que en cualquier otra veterinaria y el servicio no sientes que traiga ningún plus.
Es más la fama y la buena ubicación que lo que realmente es. La gente es amable y el lugar es amplio aunque no está impecable. La comida que ofrecen es sumamente cara, tu mascota lo vale pero seguro tu bolsillo no podrá con el paquete. Claro es la que venden y se enojan si no les compras. Casi casi te dicen haz lo que quieras. Realmente no se preocupan por tu peludo, ni seguimiento le dan. Se equivocan con el diagnóstico pero cuando vas de nuevo te cobran otra vez.. definitivo la última vez que voy.
Sad place. They do everything to charge you for anything. Everything is double that in any other veterinary and the service does not feel that it brings any plus.
It is more the fame and the good location than what it really is. The people are friendly and the place is spacious but not spotless. The food they offer is extremely expensive, your pet is worth it but surely your pocket will not be able to handle the package. Of course it's the one they sell and they get angry if you don't buy them. They almost almost tell you to do what you want. They don't really care about your furry, nor do they follow up. They make a mistake with the diagnosis but when you go again they charge you again... definitively the last time I went.
