For vaccines it is a good treatment and care, however (in my case) I took my dog ​​to be sterilized and her care was not the usual. To begin with, he never re-confirmed the appointment, which he said he would do by calling. I had to do it. And when the day of the surgery arrived, he noticed some discomfort, when he entered he went directly to fill out a responsive form and have me sign it, he did not inform me what or how the procedure would be, the messages were answered with very little information and when he was asked something, he answered curtly both in message and in person and my dog ​​did not feel safe with him, throwing a comment when picking her up that: "she was very fearful and that she did not allow herself to be touched" (since I already knew her and knew perfectly well that she This is the case, since he was his lifelong doctor), in addition to that when he went to the office at the time he indicated he would finish the operation (since he said he would call at a certain time, which he did not do and we went 2 hours after ), mentioned: "she is in recovery, I mark them when they pick her up, they can go now" which is a very unethical attitude for a very delicate procedure such as surgery. Adding that on one occasion I could see that he had in his office two recently rescued puppies (from what the man who had brought them said) of which one had diarrhea and the other was extremely scared and treated them super contemptuous. The little dog with diarrhea stained the office and the other one bit it. He apologized with annoyance for the dirt saying "oh, sorry but these dogs" in addition to marking the other puppy as aggressive for biting him, being that obviously a rescued puppy is ALWAYS in an altered state. Bottom line: I recommend it for vaccinations but not for more complicated procedures. (more than anything for the treatment and attention to the pet and one)
