AWFUL SERVICE: I have been waiting for more than 1 week for my kitten's vaccination certificate to be sent to me, I requested the home service for sterilization, they changed my appointment 3 times, and the worst thing was that my kitten's mouth was opened. wound I had to take her to another veterinarian where they carried out the reconstruction since the tissue became infected, they tell me that apparently it was due to malpractice, from the moment I received my kitten she was badly shaved, the suture looked like a knot nothing What to do with the images they put on their Facebook profile, not to mention the price, look for other options for the good of your pets!

Excellent service, very good care when sterilizing my kitten, the doctor's care is very kind, the prices are quite fair and they also have home delivery. I leave them as trusted doctors for my pet.

HORRIBLE. We took our kitten to have him checked out, he's very ill, he spent a whole day under "observation" the next day we went for him and they didn't know ANYTHING about the kitten. What did they do to the cat then? Thank God they gave it to us alive. Customer service more than indifferent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

When they had already operated on him, they did not bring him to me at the time we had agreed on either, we waited for them for more than two hours until we went to the veterinary facilities for the kitten and they handed him over to me dying, urinating, telling me that it had gotten complicated and that We would be grateful that they were not charging us for the extra medications that were applied to him for the complication! as if they were doing us a favor. I started posting my comments on their facebook page about the poor service and treatment we received at the clinic and the very shameless ones blocked me from their page. I do not recommend this service at all because it is very painful to see how your pets are mistreated.

Please do not bring your pets to this place. This "vet" is well known on the networks for her poor care, fake vets and that they are not trained. They change their names every time they change locations because many know of the lousy service.

Terrible pseudo-veterinary, DO NOT send your pets to be sterilized, they are super negligent, they deliver them dead or in poor condition. There are many complaints with them on Facebook investigate all stories of pets being killed or lost by them. They just change their names on Facebook to make people fall back.

This is the first time we have been to this vet. There were few people and we were served relatively quickly. The prices are quite accessible. The place is clean and tidy.
