★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca confíen en sus cirugías. Pésima veterinaria ahí tengo una hoja de otro médico dónde detalló su negligencia al hacer una esterlización. Un error se perdona a quien sea pero jugar con la vida de un ser vivo eso si no.
Never trust your surgeries. Terrible vet, there I have a sheet from another doctor where he detailed his negligence when doing a sterilization. A mistake is forgiven to anyone but to play with the life of a living being that if not.

Me comunicaron con ella por teléfono, sugirió que dejara a mi conejo y ella lo revisaría y operaría al día siguiente, le dije que no quería dejarlo así solamente que quería que ella me explicará el proceso y estar presente en la revisión para saber detalles, muy groseramente contestó que no entendía que tenía que explicarme.
No me inspiró confianza esta respuesta y tampoco que no respetará mi tiempo.
Uno no va a un hospital y deja a su paciente a ver que pasa sin detalles, no es un coche que vayan a lavar y ahorita regreso. Decidí mejor no hacerlo ahí. En mi experiencia tuve mal trato y desconfianza total, sólo tengan cuidado porque creo que muchos los consideramos parte de la familia ????????...

They communicated with her by phone, she suggested that I leave my rabbit and she would check it and operate the next day, I told her that I did not want to leave it like that, I just wanted her to explain the process to me and be present at the check-up to know details, very he rudely replied that he did not understand what he had to explain to me.
This response did not inspire confidence in me, nor did I believe that he will not respect my time.
You don't go to a hospital and leave your patient to see what happens without details, it's not a car that they go to wash and I'll be right back. I decided better not to do it there. In my experience I had bad treatment and total mistrust, just be careful because I think many of us consider them part of the family ????????...
