★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Las chicas que están en la ventanilla, para tomar los pedidos, son déspotas e ineptas. Para tomar mi pedido se demoraron 20 minutos, después de este tiempo pensé que me entregaran mis vidrios, cosa que no sucede le pregunté ¿ en cuánto tiempo lo harían? a lo que me respondió que de 3 a 4 días y que ella se contactara conmigo "no se como puesto que no me solicitaron mi número" por lo que le hice mención y le proporcione mi numero celular espere pacientemente el tercer y cuarto día y la llamada no ocurrió en el día 7 acudi a Centro Vidriero en Cuautitlán y cual es la sorpresa que no estaba mi pedido, al solicitar el reembolso se negaron a realizarlo porque lo pague con tarjeta de débito, continúe insistiendo hasta que la que al parecer es la de mayor antigüedad o jerarquía me brindo una solución. Espero que el dueño de este Centro tome en cuenta mis comentarios porque insisto la atención es pésima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, si pueden no compren ahí porque no entregan el día que te dicen, para tomar el pedido aveces te pasan hasta con tres personas para hacerlo y eso si quieren atenderte, te dicen que tienen el material y a la mera hora que siempre no, en verdad si pueden buscar otras opciones háganlo se evitan tiempo perdido, dinero y corajes.
