★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No los recomiendo, la señora Yolanda Breitling siempre me dió información falsa acerca del inmueble , al principio ella misma me recomiendo un broker llamado Fernando Hidalgo el cual supuestamente me ayudaría con mis trámites pero al final me timo y nunca me ayudó con mi avalúo y dudo que este certificado.
Lamentablemente caí, se los digo por experiencia propia yo perdí tiempo y dinero con Century 21 Aba si van a comprar o vender un inmueble háganlo con otra inmobiliaria.
I do not recommend them, Mrs. Yolanda Breitling always gave me false information about the property, at first she herself recommended a broker named Fernando Hidalgo who would supposedly help me with my paperwork but in the end he scammed me and never helped me with my appraisal and I doubt that this certificate.
Unfortunately I fell, I tell you from my own experience I lost time and money with Century 21 Aba if you are going to buy or sell a property, do it with another real estate agency.
