★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy decepcionada de la inmobiliaria, en mi experiencia resultó mejor hacer trato directo, ya que solo se hacen presentes a la firma del contrato, no le exigen al dueño y luego resulta que si el incumple la inmobiliaria no te apoya, no importa que se haya firmado un contrato y la aseguradora a la que le pagas una fianza, tampoco se hace responsable de asesorarte o apoyarte,
mi recomendación sí es que renta, es que no pague la última renta cómo estipula el contrato porque de lo contrario no volverá a ver su dinero, no se sienta comprometido, nadie hará nada por usted y su lo recupera será en tres o cuatro meses después.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado con la casa que rentan en Ojitlan Residencial Cafetales, el dueño es un tranza, no nos quiere regresar nuestro depósito y Century lo respalda y no hace nada. Además te cobran una póliza (que lo paga el arrendatario en su totalidad) que debería servir para que te ayude en este tipo de casos, pero la Aseguradora no ha hecho nada tampoco. Si van a pagar una póliza asegúrese de que sea una buena empresa pero eviten PREVISIÓN LEGAL porque se lavan las manos y dicen que ellos solo pueden "mandarle un correo al dueño pidiéndole que pague" pero nada más. Una verdadera decepción porque según Century es una empresa seria, yo comento mi experiencia para que tengan cuidado.
