★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment we rented was dirty and they spent 5 days once we were moved in fixing both air conditioners and a toilet that was overflowing. ☹️Areli was not honest about many details in the apartment that we rented from her. She was also bad at communication. It took almost 2 months to get our "damage deposit" back. She would not respond to messages. When we were finally able to meet to get our deposit back, she was over 1.5 hours late! I do not recommend working with her or their company.
Edit: Response to the owner - Hi please see the attached picture of the agent. Don’t blame me when YOUR agent is leasing apartments under YOUR COMPANY.
