★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Sra Martha Ferrando es una pésima asesora, jamas atendió mis llamadas, tenia nulo seguimiento a la renta del local comercial, me hizo perder mi tiempo yendole a entregar cerca de 12 mil pesos y juntar documentos de 3 personas diferentes.
Cuando hable con su jefa desmintió todos los avances que según la señora tenía en cuanto a la renta del local, lo cual es bastante grave considerando que Martha confirmo que su area legal y el propietario ya habian dado el "SI" a mi oferta, seria bueno que consideren tener personas profesionales como asesores, para mi fue una muy mala experiencia el trato con la Sra Martha.
Mrs. Martha Ferrando is a terrible advisor, she never answered my calls, she had no follow-up on the rent of the commercial premises, she made me waste my time going to give her about 12 thousand pesos and gather documents from 3 different people.
When she spoke with her boss, she denied all the advances that the lady had regarding the rent of the premises, which is quite serious considering that Martha confirmed that her legal area and the owner had already given "YES" to my offer, it would be Good that they consider having professional people as advisers, for me it was a very bad experience dealing with Mrs. Martha.
