Fui atendido por una asesora de nombre de Alejandro López, quien me proporciono la información para realizar la compra del terreno, en un inicio me dijeron que el terreno costaba $520,000.00 y que debía dar un anticipo de $5,000.00, realice el anticipo de forma puntual, pero cuando se iba a firmar el supuesto contrato de compraventa, se me dijo que la asesora me había dado la información de forma errónea, que el terreno que me iban a entregar era en otra seccion muy lejos de donde inicialmente yo estaba interezado y por un precio mayor, por lo que decidí cancelar el contrato y solicitar la devolución de mi dinero. Tardaron más de 4 meses en devolverme mi dinero, siempre justificaban su retraso con una excusa diferente, a pesar de que fue la culpa de su personal por no brindar la información de forma correcta. Tuve que recurrir a una officina juridica y poner una queja en la PROFECO para poder recuperar mi dinero. Les recomiendo no realizen ningun anticipo sin haber leeido bien el contrato y que este firmado por la asesora o directamente por la directora. Si pueden evitar esta compañia mucho major.
