Por otra parte acabo de llamar por teléfono y me indican que no estàn interesados en lo que les ofrezco, en qué momento he dicho que ofrezco algo? Soy un potencial cliente, no ofrezco nada, ni he indicado que ofrezco nada. Es màs bien al revés, la persona del teléfono ni se entera de lo que habla. Horroroso!
Poor service and customer service. I have sent two e-mails to the offices and I have not received an answer. On the other hand, I just phoned and they indicate that they are not interested in what I offer them, when did I say that I offer something? I am a potential client, I do not offer anything, nor have I indicated that I offer anything. It is rather the other way around, the person on the phone does not even know what he is talking about. Horrifying!
