VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR !!! We have seen the LOT GREEN on the Internet (since November 15, 2020) 604 square meters for 108,720 US $. After a phone call, Mandy wrote to us again and again for 3 days and always answered our questions quickly. On the 3rd day she suddenly wrote that the property now only has 500 square meters, as the owners are still keeping 104 square meters for themselves ??? !!! On the 4th day - Tuesday, we looked at the property and discussed with Mandy and Santiago that converted (minus the 104 square meters) it should only cost a maximum of US $ 90,000 ... They said that it should of course be like that and they contact us as soon as they know more, including what else we wanted to know and whether everything fits with the papers and the land register. On Saturday we saw that the land suddenly had 500 square meters for 149,000 US $ !!! is on the homepage. But until today (Monday) none of the CEOs have contacted us !!! First of all, it is not okay to suddenly make a significantly higher price for 104 square meters less - which is probably due to the owners ?! BUT: the fact that you don't even let the interested couple know and explain that, is a business practice for us that doesn't work at all! That's not how you deal with potential customers. This is a level that starts completely untrustworthy, you don't know what will come of it and behavior that is impossible. We will now look around for more professional brokers or whether we can buy something privately ...
