★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dejé llevar por las buenas opiniones en este espacio y por la buena atención que recibí de Michelle previo a la contratación de tour. Sin embargo fue una total decepción el tour a Pueblos Indígenas, nos llevaron literal a tomar fotos sin la presencia de un guía que nos compartiera la riqueza de esos pueblos en cuanto a usos y costumbres. Se limitaron a enviarnos a uno operador de la unidad que no sabía mucho sino es que nada. En Zinacatán el colmo fue que ya íbamos de salida del pueblo sin parar por la Iglesia de San Lorenzo, y al preguntarle al operador su respuesta fue "ahh quieren ir?!" Osea que planeaba perfectamente omitir esa parada esencial creyendo que no sabíamos. Nos cruzamos con personal del tour de la agencia Explorando Chiapas y confirmamos que deberían de habernos incluido un guía, que normalmente se envía un operador y un guía a ese tour. Además confirmé que me inflaron el.precio, el tour en cualquier agencia cuesta entre $200 y $250 y a mi me lo dieron en $350. Si algo debo reconocer es que sus unidades están en perfectas condiciones pero de ahí en más no recomiendo esta agencia si tu objetivo es aprender de la cultura, si sólo quieres tomar fotos adelante te puede funcionar pero a un costo más caro de lo normal.
I was carried away by the good opinions in this space and by the good attention I received from Michelle prior to booking the tour. However, the tour to Indigenous Peoples was a total disappointment, they literally took us to take photos without the presence of a guide to share with us the wealth of these peoples in terms of uses and customs. They limited themselves to sending us an operator of the unit who did not know much if not nothing. In Zinacatán the last straw was that we were already leaving the town without stopping by the Church of San Lorenzo, and when we asked the operator his answer was "ahh do you want to go ?!" So I was perfectly planning to skip that essential stop believing we didn't know. We met with tour staff from the Exploring Chiapas agency and confirmed that they should have included a guide, that normally an operator and a guide are sent to that tour. I also confirmed that they inflated the price, the tour in any agency costs between $ 200 and $ 250 and they gave it to me at $ 350. If something I must admit is that their units are in perfect condition but from then on I do not recommend this agency if your goal is to learn about the culture, if you only want to take photos ahead it can work for you but at a more expensive cost than normal.

Los tours que realice fue a cañón del sumidero - Chiapa de Corzo y ha Agua Azul, Misolha y Palenque, fue una experiencia maravillosa, sin duda alguna volvería elegir a CEPSU para seguir conociendo este maravilloso Estado.
It is a company that makes the visit to Chiapas extraordinary, it has very comfortable and luxurious units, the operators are always friendly and give an explanation on each tour.
The tours I took were to the Sumidero Canyon - Chiapa de Corzo and Agua Azul, Misolha and Palenque, it was a wonderful experience, without a doubt I would choose CEPSU again to continue knowing this wonderful State.

I decided to visit Chiapas with this agency due to their good recommendation, together with a group of friends we took the tours to Palenque, Agua Azul, Misol has been fascinated, excellent service and the best experience, they have a high knowledge of the different destinations they offer, We are planning a next trip and without a doubt Cepsu Turismo will continue to be part of our trips to Chiapas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked transportation from the airport to San Cristóbal de las casas with a visit to the Cañon del Sumidero with them, our driver and tour guide Daniel was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable, he explained everything to us and arrange private tours for the next 4 days.
The next morning we took a tour to San Juan Chamula and it's magical church, Daniel suggested to leave San Cristóbal half an hour earlier than the everyone else to avoid the crowds and we sure did, he was very friendly and fun the entire time, great driving skills in the narrow streets of Mexico and always smiling and fun.
The morning after we got picked up at 4 in the morning to go to Agua Azul, Misol-Ha and Palenque, long day, long road but definitely worth it!.
Again, Daniel was beating everyone else, and we had the locations pretty much for ourselves, he was always a step ahead everyone else.
The morning after we went to Montebello lakes and the Chiflon waterfalls, by then we felt like Daniel was one of us, what an amazing time we had, we got so attached to him that when he dropped us off at the airport the next day we felt like leaving a family member behind.
I have nothing to say but a big thanks to Daniel and this company for the magnificent time we had, 5 days well planned went by pretty quick, I will highly recommend this tour operator!.
