★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron un pésimo servicio, sobre todo la señorita que atendía la caja uno, el sábado 28 de agosto, en el turno de la mañana.
De muy malos modos, me dijo que tendría que esperar en 1 hora y hora y media y me espere 3 horas.
Si no es porque pido la devolución de mi dinero ? no se cuánto tiempo más, me hubiera hecho esperar, y que casualidad que en 5 min me atendieron

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un Hospital muy completo y competitivo. Es grato contar con un servicio como este en Villahermosa! Aunque si va usted a pagar con tarjeta, cuídese mucho porque le exigen el número que trae detrás la tarjeta y eso es innecesario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en cuanto a Imagenologia. No se merecen ni 1 estrella. No respetan el horario acordado de la cita y te mandan a llamar cuando se les da su gana. Hay pacientes que les exigen que sus familiares se queden afuera mientras que otros sí están acompañados (sin ser adultos mayores ni niños) y sin cubrebocas. Además de eso tuve la mala experiencia de que confundieran mi nombre con el de otra señora a la cual le realizaron el estudio que desde un principio debían realizarme a mí, por tanto me mandaron a hacerme mi estudio correspondiente hasta lo último, que por cierto fui yo misma quien se dio cuenta de su error y ni una disculpa me ofrecieron; aparte de haberme tenido esperando varias horas consumiendo mucha agua sin haberme avisado que podía ir al baño. Me quedó otro estudio pendiente que por cierto me venían aplazando la cita desde 3 semanas dandome una excusa diferente en cada llamada, que si no había disponible el material a utilizar, que el equipo estaba descompuesto, etc. Ni ganas me quedaron de esperar a ver si me lograrían hacer ese estudio. Podrán tener gran calidad en cuanto a tecnología pero dejan muchísimo que desear en cuanto al servicio. Ojalá tomaran en cuenta que hay personas que viajamos desde otro estado sólo para hacerse estudios ahí y no contamos con toda su disponibilidad de tiempo.
Terrible service in terms of Imaging. They don't deserve even 1 star. They do not respect the agreed time of the appointment and they send you to call when they feel like it. There are patients who demand that their relatives stay outside while others are accompanied (without being older adults or children) and without face masks. In addition to that, I had the bad experience that they confused my name with that of another woman who had the study carried out that from the beginning they had to carry out on me, therefore they sent me to do my corresponding study until the last, which by the way I went I myself who realized his mistake and did not offer me an apology; apart from having kept me waiting for several hours consuming a lot of water without having told me that I could go to the bathroom. I had another pending study that by the way they had been postponing my appointment for 3 weeks giving me a different excuse in each call, that if the material to use was not available, that the equipment was broken, etc. I had no desire to wait to see if they would manage to do that study for me. They may have great quality in terms of technology but leave a lot to be desired in terms of service. Hopefully they would take into account that there are people who travel from another state just to study there and we don't have all their time availability.
