Very friendly, but the unacceptable thing that the hospital does not force its receptionist to wear face masks, I made the observation and all he did was turn his back on me, and obviously he bothered my comment, we are in times of pandemic.

The treatment I received from reception, to the doctors, was always very warm. In addition to the facilities are very clean and beautiful. For me, that is very important. I think the price-quality ratio is excellent.

After asking if they delivered photos MORE 4D ultrasound videos I decided to make an appointment at this place because they replied that a CD with the images, videos and ultrasound report was delivered. At the time of collecting the results, they give me only one folder with printed photos and the radiologist's report. I ask the receptionist about the CD with the videos and digital photos and she asks me surprised if I wanted the CD too (?!). After about 10 minutes he gives me the CD, I ask him if there are the photos and the videos, he replies that everything is on the CD, I arrive at my house, I open the CD and there is a list of folders with files that I have no idea of what are they and with programs to install (????) I manage to open the program to see the files and I only find photos, no videos. I call again to report the problem and they have no answer, they take my name and ask me to call the next day. The attention of the staff was friendly, but you should definitely train them better about the products and services they offer. I don't think it's right to offer a service / product for which you are paying and that something else is delivered at the moment. If I knew it would be like that, I wouldn't have gone to this place.

My most unpleasant experience, they do not respect the designated schedule at all, it does not matter if the patient arrives fasting, poor attention from the reception staff, there is no adequate place to wait, in the middle of a pandemic. I would not recommend it at all

Zero formality with the schedule, an appointment is scheduled so that the patient does not have to wait so long and the time that they give you is worth it, my father waited an hour and a half with a full bladder for an ultrasound that they never did. We had to go flat out. Of all the times I have come, none have respected my appointment time. To sit and wait hours, I better go to the IMSS there they don't charge.
