★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando nos iban a dar la mercancía, nos dijeron que nos la habían surtido mal, tuvimos que esperar a que nos dieran la correcta, el taxi nos estaba esperando en el almacén pero por el error, se tuvo que ir, a consecuencia de esto, tuvimos que esperar como 20 min para tomar de nuevo un taxi. De haber surtido bien la mercancía, no hubiéramos esperado tanto.
Y ni si quiera una disculpa nos dieron, pésimo servicio.
When they were going to give us the merchandise, they told us that they had been wrongly supplied, we had to wait for the correct one to be given to us, the taxi was waiting for us in the warehouse but due to the error, it had to leave, as a result of this, we had to wait about 20 min to take a taxi again. Had we stocked the merchandise well, we would not have waited that long.
And not even an apology they gave us, lousy service.

Productos buenos pero la atención deja mucho que desear, los precios considero que están un poco elevados, bueno del cemento porque con la atención no me dieron ganas de seguir preguntando, el cemento a comparación de otra tienda de Comitán en la que si compré, es mas elevado. Si existen más opciones, las recomiendo
Poorly attended, it seems that the lady who was supposed to serve us was in a bad mood. Good products but the attention leaves a lot to be desired, the prices I think are a bit high, good for the cement because with the attention it didn't make me want to keep asking, the cement compared to another store in Comitán where I did buy, is highest. If there are other options, I recommend them.
