Bien surtido pero el trato al cliente por parte de el vendedor, deja que desear ya que se engancha con uno en discusiones en vez de tratar de ser proactivo para solucionar el problema. Solo un poco de más atención en este tema, se agradecería.....

Debo modificar mi opinión original por las siguientes causas: 1) Los pisos, azulejos y el pegazulejo, excelentes. No me puedo quejar. De primera calidad, 100% satisfaccion garantizada. Sin embargo. ... ? 2) Compré 29 mts de piso cerámico y bultos de pegazulejo y me los pusieron en notas separadas. El flete era gratis pero a mi domicilio no llegaron 2 cajas del piso y los bultos. Cuando llame para reclamar, ya no me los quisieron llevar y tuve que ir por ellos que porque dijeron que ya no podían hacer otro flete, siendo que fué su error. 3) Posteriormente tuve que ir a comprar 2 cajas más de piso , lo dejé pagado pero quedó pendiente que me lo tuvieran. Di tres vueltas a la tienda y nunca me lo tuvieron que porque se le olvidaba al que recogía los pedidos del almacén. Al final me hicieron que yo lo fuera a recoger al almacén. ... ??‍♂️. Los vendedores son muy despistados. Por eso bajó mi calificación.

However. ... ? 2) I bought 29 meters of ceramic floor and lumps of pegazulejo and they put them in separate notes. The freight was free but 2 boxes from the flat and the packages did not arrive at my address. When I called to claim, they no longer wanted to take them and I had to go for them because they said they could no longer do another shipment, since it was their mistake. 3) Later I had to go buy 2 more boxes of floor, I paid it but it was pending that they had it for me. I went around the store three times and they never had to because the person who collected the orders from the warehouse forgot. In the end they made me pick it up at the warehouse. ... ??‍♂️. Sellers are very clueless. That's why my grade dropped.

Pésima atención del personal, no tienen la mínima intención de proporcionar los precios que no están exhibidos, no quieren siquiera levantarse de su lugar, quieren que les lleves la pieza que buscas. Tal cuál queda la expresión de que pareciera que te están haciendo un favor. Lamentable

Compramos 3 espejos en la sucursal de división del norte 1030 que se llama cerámica la casa. Compramos dos con bluetooth y uno sencillo los tres de diferentes medidas, en la tienda solo me entregaron uno y los otros dos nos dijeron que los entregaban en el domicilio. Cuando los llevaron los recibió un maestro albañil, y al colocarlo nos dimos cuenta que no traía el bluetooth, fuimos a cambiarlo a la tienda, el encargado que se llama Marcos dijo que iba llamar a la bodega que esperamos, después nos dijo no me contestan porque en la bodega no trabajan en sábado, y que el nos marcaba el lunes para saber cuando lo cambiaban, obvio nunca llamo y hoy martes le llamamos nos pasa a la gerente. La gerente nos dice que no lo va a cambiar porque es nuestra culpa por no revisarlo cuando lo entregaron. Pero: 1- el maestro no sabe que es blueetooth, y no es fácil saber si trae o no trae 2 cada espejo era de distinto tamaño y no es posible que se cambiara por otro. Es un pésimo servicio, en esta tienda siempre dicen le entrego un día y terminan entregando una o dos semanas después,(nos paso con una junta epoxica que entregaron una semana tarde y cuando la entregaron era de otro color lo que tardo otra semana en entregar) lastima de la empresa, es un robo el que nos hicieron pues la diferencia es de mas de 1200 pesos. Espero no borren mi comentario y no acudan a comprar a esta sucursal si tienen la posibilidad de ir a otras o explorar otras empresas con mas seriedad. Tengo la factura y todos los documentos para que en lugar de querer borrar este comentario atiendan las quejas sobre estas personas poco profesionales y sin ética

Pésima experiencia, compré unos porcelanatos Castel muy caros que me entregaron incompletos y a destiempo, con los costos que eso significa en una obra cuando tienes trabajadores esperando material. El servicio postventa también muy malo, terminaron diciéndome después de semanas que me regresaban el dinero del material que no entregaron, como si con eso se resolviera el problema, cuando ya estaba el resto del material instalado. El problema viene desde Castel que tiene unas políticas leoninas de atención de cambios y devoluciones y no tienen inventario suficiente del material que venden.
Terrible experience, I bought some very expensive Castel porcelain tiles that were delivered to me incomplete and untimely, with the costs that this means in a construction site when you have workers waiting for material. The after-sales service was also very bad, they ended up telling me after weeks that they would return the money for the material that they did not deliver, as if that would solve the problem, when the rest of the material was already installed. The problem comes from Castel, which has leonine policies for attention to changes and returns and they do not have enough inventory of the material they sell.
