★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, al entrar a la tienda nadie se te acerca para ofrecerte ayuda, tuve la mala fortuna de hacerles un pedido me dijeron que 15 días y van 27 días sigo esperando el pedido, la vendedora siempre quedaba en llamarme y jamás recibí ni una llamada, yo tenía que estarle marcando. Simplemente decepcionante.

La segunda vez realicé mi compra desde el día 7 de julio y hasta el día de hoy 11 de julio no ha sido entregado. El vendedor Israel Cante Ramírez me prometió (después de presionar vía telefónica) que el día de ayer se entregaba el pedido antes de las 2pm, lo cuál no ocurrió. Tuve que ir personalmente hoy 11 de julio y me dijo que hoy antes de las 4pm llegaba el material. Estoy pagando albañiles y no pueden avanzar porque no mandan el material. Le pedí que me lo enviara ahorita porque no voy a estar teniendo a los albañiles parados sin trabajar por sus promesas de entrega, y el vendedor Israel no me volteaba a ver y seguía escribiendo algo en un papel y solo alzaba la mirada para decirme: ya le dije que hoy antes de las 4pm
Le pedí que me comunicara con el gerente y ni el ni la secretaria quisieron hacerlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las compras sobre pedido tardan demasiado.. ellos manejan que le tendrán en una semana el material sobre pedido.. cuando en verdad tardan más de 3 semanas.. en la segubse compra por falta de material del mismo piso.. acordamos una semana.. pues llevo 10 días y aún no tienen fecha de entrega.. no tienen seriedad con sus clientes. No compre....busque otra opción
